If your project uses AI — a chatbot, smart search, text or image generation, automation — those features run on a third-party AI provider. The provider charges for usage, and that cost is yours. I wire it all up; you cover what the AI actually uses.

There are two ways to pay for it. Pick whichever fits how you'll use it:

You pick which AI model powers your project. Each has its own strengths and price: faster and cheaper, or more capable and pricier. A rough guide:

Want your own address like yourname.com? A custom domain is rented yearly, and that fee is yours. Prefer not to pay for one? I can put your project on a free subdomain instead.

If your project is a mobile app, I publish it for you under my own developer company account on the App Store and Google Play. You don't need your own store account, and you don't set anything up.

Here's the good part: both stores charge their developer fee per account, not per app. Since I already keep those accounts for my company, your app goes live at no extra store fee to you. If a store ever charged per app instead, that per-app cost would be yours, but that isn't how they work today, so the developer account is on me.

Ready to go? Ordering is simple, and the final price is always confirmed in writing before any work starts:

1. Run the quote machine to get a price range for your build.
2. Email me with your choices: AI model, subscription or API, custom domain or free subdomain. This is how you place the order and get your final quote.
3. I confirm the scope, model and domain, then lock the price, no moving numbers.
4. I build it and keep you posted right through to delivery.

When it's done, you receive your project one of two ways, your choice:

For the build itself, payment is by Interac e-Transfer. Once we've locked the price, a deposit gets your project started and the rest is due on delivery, so the money for a live site or app is sent by e-transfer straight to me.

The quote machine gives a price range, not a final figure. Your real price is locked in writing after a short scope chat — and once locked, it doesn't move unless you change what you're asking for.

Ongoing costs for AI usage, a paid domain or hosting are billed to you, in your name. Building is a one-time cost, paid by e-transfer; these run separately. One reasonable round of revisions is included so we get it right. Bigger changes or new features are quoted separately — and I'll always tell you before anything affects the price.

I give a realistic timeline up front. Dates can shift if feedback, content or assets arrive late, or while waiting on outside steps like app-store review — things partly out of my hands.

Once the project is fully paid, the code is yours — delivered live or as a .zip. I may keep a copy in my portfolio to show the work, unless you'd rather I didn't. Just ask.

If you cancel mid-project, you're billed for the work already done, and the deposit isn't refundable since it reserves the time. Anything not yet started isn't charged.

Installable apps shared outside official stores (like an APK) may show an "unverified" warning — that's normal. Where store review applies, the store's timing and approval are out of my control.

Your data and project details stay private. I don't sell or share them, and the contact details you send are used only to reply and work with you.

Email is the main channel. I read everything and reply, and I'll keep you in the loop on timing and progress so you're never left guessing.
