How much is this going to cost me?

Are there any ongoing costs after it is built?

Building your project is a one time cost. Two things can carry a running cost billed in your name. AI features (a provider subscription or API credits) and a paid custom domain. Everything else is yours to keep with nothing recurring. Full breakdown on the Info page →

How do I actually get the finished project?

Your call. I can publish it live so it is online the moment it is done or send it over as a .zip by email for you to host wherever you like. Either way you get the complete working build.

Can I get changes made after handover?

Yes. Small tweaks right after delivery are part of the deal. Anything larger I quote clearly before touching it. No surprise invoices. The specifics are written out in plain language. See the policies →

What you pay for after I build it.

Building your project is a one time cost. Two things can carry an ongoing cost billed to you in your name. AI features and a paid custom domain. Here is exactly how that works. No surprises and no hidden fees.

AI integration

If your project uses AI (a chatbot or smart search or image generation) those features run on a third party AI provider. The provider charges for usage and that cost is yours. I wire it all up. You cover what the AI uses.

There are two ways to pay for it. Pick whichever fits how you will use it.

Subscription / planFlat monthly

A fixed monthly plan from the AI provider. Predictable bill. Good for steady or heavy use.

API key + creditsPay as you go

You load credits and pay only for what is used. Great for lighter or occasional use.

The provider account and API key are set up in your name so billing and control and ownership stay with you. I will guide you through the setup.

How you get it

When it is done you get your project one of two ways. Your choice.

Published & live

I deploy it for you. You get a working website or web page or app at a live link ready to share.

As a file

I send the finished project as a .zip file by email for you to host or run yourself.

Apps can arrive as a hosted web app or an installable file depending on what you are building.

No fine print and no legalese. Here is how I work and what to expect and how we keep things fair on both sides.

Quotes & estimates

The quote machine gives a price range and not a final figure. Your real price is locked in writing after a short scope chat. Once locked it does not move unless you change what you are asking for.

Payments

A deposit gets your project started and the rest is due on delivery. Larger projects can be split into milestones. Exact terms are agreed per project up front.

Running costs

Ongoing costs for AI usage and a paid domain and hosting are billed to you in your name. Building is a one time cost and these run separately. Full details are on the Info page.

Revisions & changes

One reasonable round of revisions is included so we get it right. Bigger changes or new features are quoted separately. I always tell you before anything affects the price.

Timelines

I give a realistic timeline up front. Dates can shift if feedback or content or assets arrive late or while waiting on outside steps like app store review. Those are partly out of my hands.

Ownership & handover

Once the project is fully paid the code is yours. Delivered live or as a .zip. I may keep a copy in my portfolio to show the work unless you would rather I did not. Just ask.

Cancellations & refunds

If you cancel mid project you are billed for the work already done and the deposit is not refundable since it reserves the time. Anything not yet started is not charged.

Apps & stores

Installable apps shared outside official stores (like an APK) may show an unverified warning. That is normal. Where store review applies the store sets the timing and approval and that is out of my control.

Privacy

Your data and project details stay private. I do not sell or share them. The contact details you send are only used to reply and work with you.

Email is the main channel. I read everything and reply and I keep you in the loop on timing and progress so you are never left guessing.
